Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
2. Utilize your knowledge and experience in tech recruiting to understand clients' staffing requirements and present suitable candidates from our talent pool.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet those needs.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target sectors and industries for business growth, keeping abreast of industry trends and developments.
5. Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized staffing solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
6. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and generate leads.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our staffing services.
8. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
9. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement, providing ongoing support and maintaining client satisfaction.
10. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress, utilizing CRM tools to manage and organize client information.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience qualifications.
2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in tech recruiting and Business Development, preferably within a tech staffing agency or a related industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, including an understanding of various tech roles, skillsets, and trends.
4. Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
6. Excellent negotiation and persuasive presentation skills.
7. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
9. Proficiency in using CRM/ATS software and other sales productivity tools.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
